Associate
Cheryl graduated from the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Law with an LL.B in 2003. After graduation, Cheryl articled as a law clerk with the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Ottawa. Following her articles, Cheryl worked as an associate with the Ottawa law firm Greenspon, Brown and Associates and practiced extensively in both personal injury litigation and criminal defence litigation.
Cheryl currently practices in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury, insurance and disability law. Cheryl also has experience with Human Rights claims and the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board. Cheryl also practices criminal defence litigation. Cheryl is a strong advocate for her clients no matter what the setting. Cheryl always works to develop a good relationship with her clients to ensure that they get a fair and beneficial result.
Cheryl has appeared frequently before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice and she has experience preparing and arguing appeals.
Cheryl is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the County of Carleton Law Association and the Defence Counsel Association of Ottawa.
