Associate
Julie graduated from the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Law with an LL.B. in 2005, after obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, concentration Criminology. She subsequently obtained a National Accreditation from the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Civil Law in 2006. Julie worked in both the private and public sectors throughout her law studies, and her efforts with the National Judicial Institute helped to educate newly appointed members of the Canadian Judiciary.
Prior to joining Quinn Thiele Mineault Grodzki LLP, she worked with a private law firm focusing mainly on Family Law, Civil and Commercial Litigation and Wills and Estates. Julie also has experience in the areas of Corporate Law, Health Care Law, Real Estate Law and Alternate Dispute Resolution. She also appeared before the Ontario Municipal Board.
Julie’s determination, attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills make her a thriving family lawyer whose main objective is to provide her clients with quality legal services.
Julie is fluent in both official languages and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association, the County of Carleton Law Association and l’Association des juristes d’expression française de l’Ontario.
