Background
Mr. Mineault has experience appearing before the
Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Federal Court
and before various administrative tribunals in
Ontario.
Areas of Practice
Mr. Mineault focuses his law practice on personal
injury law, tort law, disability law, landlord and
tenant law and administrative law issues.
Education
Mr. Mineault attended the University of Ottawa for
his undergraduate studies in Political Science and
graduated from the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of
Law with an LL.B. in 2004. While pursuing his law
degree, Mr. Mineault worked as a research assistant
for the Federal Department of Justice. Mr. Mineault
also worked as a policy analyst for the Chief
Information Officer of the Treasury Board
Secretariat before being called to the Bar in 2006.
Mr. Mineault performed his articling placement at
Plant Quinn Thiele, until joining the PQT team in
2006, as an articling student and then as an
associate.

Mr. Mineault is a member of the Law Society of Upper
Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario
Bar Association, the County of Carleton Law
Association and the Orleans Chapter of Business
Network International (BNI).
Languages
Anthony is fluently bilingual and provides legal
services to clients in both French and English.
